Our story begins in 1975, when Michael Psarelis laid the foundations of our company with a clear vision: to transform the fruits of the Greek land into high-quality products. Nearly half a century later, we remain true to this vision, combining tradition with innovation.

The year 2022 marked a new chapter in our history with the completion of a major investment plan: the creation of a state-of-the-art, vertically integrated complex in Draviskos, Serres, which includes an olive mill and an olive oil bottling plant. This investment allows us to control every stage of the production process, ensuring the superior quality of our olive oil.

At Psareli, every drop of olive oil is the result of carefully selecting the finest olives and using traditional production methods, combined with modern technology.
